Animated Advertisements

Some of the more creative projects I was able to work on for Live Nation and their clients were animated advertisements for High profile Toronto billboards, built from the band artwork. Usually made as still images, when we had a bigger budget or more time at our disposal we were able to create more dynamic, eye catching animated pieces.

Social Animations

Throughout the entertainment season as events come up such as the Great Canadian Tour, The Doug and the Slugs homecoming concert and the holiday season discounts, I have been able to create multiple series of social animations. For the Great Canadian Tour animations above I Carefully layered the compositions in a way to make the text easily editable for future use.

The playful social animations for the band Doug and the Slugs combines comic book style and punchy, bright colours. The imagery of a giant slug inching through Vancouver is truly bizarre.

The holiday series required a functional approach, marrying existing holiday creative, and the ability to easily change backgrounds, mid-ground and text while still feeling cohesive.
