For the 2019 Season, Budweiser Stage needed two distinct backstage passes. One for executive partners and the other for staff who needed to be backstage to facilitate the events. The unique challenge was to make these passes look cohesive while clearly broadcasting the difference in function at a glance.
By keeping the same venue image and text placement, I was able to maintain a close visual relationship between the two passes. From there I experimented with colours, landing on gold for partners, reflecting their status and Budweiser red for recognizability in the staff.
Produced every year for Budweiser Stage, the venue reel is played on the main stage mega screens before and after every show amongst sponsor advertisements. It is aimed to advertise upcoming concerts and events to the concert goers. In addition to the mega board size, we also built these in social Instagram and Facebook sizes for share-ability. These videos change throughout the season as major shows are booked for the venue, often last minute, making the production of these assets extremely time sensitive and high priority.
Similar to the venue reel, this video was played on the main stage mega screens before and after shows. This particular video is a part of a larger series spanning the past 25 years and highlighting the major artists who performed at Budweiser Stage. Using 3D layers my team and I were able to create a polaroid dropping effect to heighten the nostalgic mood.
